This Privacy Policy explains how Soluzionali LLC (“Soluzionali,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information through soluzionali.com and the consulting, software, automation, and integration services we provide (the “Services”).
- We use information to answer inquiries and deliver the services you request.
- We do not sell personal information or use Google Calendar data for advertising.
- Our third-party AI providers may process data only to provide requested features; they may not use it to train or improve their models.
- Providing a phone number does not, by itself, opt you in to SMS. Text messages require separate consent.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy covers visitors to our website, people who contact us, and users of solutions operated by Soluzionali. A business customer may control information processed in a solution built or operated for that business. In that case, Soluzionali acts on the customer's instructions, and the customer's own privacy notice may also apply.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, work email, company, optional phone number, inquiry, support messages, account details, and content you submit to a service.
- Information from connected services: data you authorize us to access from tools such as Google Calendar, CRM systems, email, or other business applications. The data depends on the permissions you grant and the features you use.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, interactions, diagnostic events, and security logs.
- Consent records: where applicable, the consent choice, notice version, date and time, phone number, IP address, and device or browser information.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and discuss requested services by email or, if you provide a number, by a manual phone call.
- Send SMS about a website inquiry only after you separately check the SMS consent box.
- Provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Services, including requested workflows and integrations.
- Authenticate users, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Send service or marketing communications where permitted, subject to available opt-out choices. SMS consent for an inquiry is not marketing consent.
4. AI services and customer content
Some Services use AI to interpret requests, summarize information, draft content, or perform other actions you request. We may use third-party AI providers as service providers for those features. We provide them only the content needed for the requested function and do not permit them to use customer content to train or improve their models. We do not sell customer content for advertising. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before important decisions or actions.
5. Google Calendar data and Limited Use
If you connect Google Calendar, Soluzionali may access calendar events, participants, and availability as permitted by the scopes you authorize. We use that information only to provide or improve the scheduling and related user-facing features you choose to use, such as finding meeting times and creating or updating events at your direction.
Soluzionali's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, train, or improve generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models, and we prohibit our third-party service providers from doing so. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
We transfer Google user data only with your consent where necessary to provide the requested features, for security purposes, to comply with law, or in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets after obtaining your explicit prior consent. Human access to Google user data is limited to your affirmative agreement to review specific content, security or abuse investigations, legal requirements, or aggregated data used for internal operations as permitted by Google's policy.
6. How we share information
We may share information with service providers that host or support the Services, deliver communications, process AI requests, provide analytics, or help secure our systems. They may use the information only to perform services for us under applicable contractual or legal obligations. We may also share information with customer-authorized integrations, your organization when it controls the relevant service, or authorities when required by law. Business transfers are subject to appropriate protections; Google user data is subject to the stricter rule in Section 5. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
7. Phone calls and SMS
A phone number in the website contact form is optional. If you provide one, we may manually call about your inquiry. A phone number alone does not authorize text messages or automated or prerecorded telemarketing calls. Website-inquiry SMS requires the separate, affirmative consent checkbox. 8. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, customer instructions, security, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it according to our retention practices. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Website analytics and cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, and analytics. It currently loads Contentsquare and Leadsy scripts when you visit. These providers may receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser details, pages viewed, and interactions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use Contentsquare's opt-out. We do not use Google Calendar data for website analytics or advertising.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@soluzionali.com. We may need to verify your identity. If a business customer controls the information, we may refer your request to that customer. You may disconnect an integration through the applicable service or contact us for help.
11. International processing and children
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use Google user data, we will notify affected users and obtain any required consent before the new use.
